This is it! I know that this will be the start of something new for me because finally I did what I've been wanting to do for the looooongest time: try out Yoga! And what can I say, I've never felt so relaxed and fit at the same time. I thought that whole finding the balance thing is just a hulabaloo. But once you try Yoga, it really does something for you. More than the physical state, you also get to connect with yourself more.
Tal and I went to Ananda Marga and discovered a great sanctuary for Yoga. The place was so peaceful, relaxing and inviting. It's like being in Eat, Pray, Love :) I think this will really help me to try being a new person and repelling the unwanted negativities in my life :) I'm looking forward to better living: more healthy in mind and body :)
Oh, and my body's so sore. I'm thankful that Tal and I were into dancing since grade school and our bodies are somehow used to all that stretching but still, I couldn't move. Must be the 20 lbs. I'm losing right away hehe :)
