fashion discoveries

Since grade school, I've worn uniform to school. That's like what, just the past 16 years of my life! So even though I've been working for 3 years already it's still a challenge everyday to pick out what clothes to wear for work. Thank goodness for the latest fashion brands to hit the malls. So Forever 21 landed and was very well-received. That's still an understatement considering the patrons flocking to that store daily! When it was launched here I didn't think its lavish interiors will be maximized but now I can see that they still need to extend their space. Otherwise it won't be able to feed the fashion hungry! But honestly though it is a heaven, I don't quite enjoy the experience because it's so stressful. Just too much! Too much people. Too much stocks. But still, there's nothing bad to say about their merchandise. From glam to laid-back, they have everything you're looking for.


And now, Payless! This one I truly love. They carry the best styles at the most affordable prices! Well, affordable in the sense that you can buy imported and really comfortable shoes at a reasonable cost. I thought that they only have it in Megamall but my sister and I discovered that they have this in Alimall as well. So after a derma stop I bought her bday shoes from Payless! We love it. :)

the power of letters

Watched Letters to Juliet during the weekend and loved it. As a huuuuuge fan of rom-com/chick flicks, this hits the right spot. And to shot down haters of this genre, can i just tell you that once in a while it feels good to just let it go and enjoy a cliche love story. Give into your guilty pleasure and just fall for the power of words in a world lost in technology. (Amanda Syfried has certainly gone a long way since becoming Regina George's posse!) 

The best part of this movie, Franco Nero and Vanessa Redgrave star in it. How amazing it is to see them act out their real love story in the big screen. Honestly, I'm not a fan of elderly romance but they acted out their parts perfectly it's so nice to watch.

therapy session.

in another afternoon of therapy, i spotted this.

i know this type of set up will look messy in the long run but i love this! 1 wall can be alloted for books! 1 for music! and 1 for dvds! haha i want this for my future entertainment room! hahaha :) the owner of this house is living the bookwork life i dream of. :)

seriously, looking at this site will later on take me to a real therapy. nakakaloka the interiors!

an apple a day

When it comes to desktops/laptops I can make do with PC. It's true that once you go Mac you can never go back but once you buy it you can never eat. It's costly! For someone poor like me, PC would be fine for now. However, if it's mp3's we're talking about only iPod will do. I love it and I can say that's one of the few things I can never live without. Since college I've been carrying around my Nano and have upgraded it once palang. hehe I swear by nano's compact, innovative design. For any music lover, Apple's the way to go. And yesterday, they introduced the new Nano and iTouch designs. Check them out. I sorta like the new Nano pero too tiny. I'm just excited with the new concept of the multi-touch. Sana soon they can come up with a new Nano that's bigger with the same features. 

Steve Jobs, my birthday's just around the corner how 'bout throwing in one for me :) kahit may minor factory defect ok na! :)
